Rise Projects focuses on sustainable, high-quality commercial and residential construction projects across New South Wales and South-East Queensland. That’s why all of our projects are future-proofed, using smart technology, clever design, and sustainable materials to deliver better environmental performance through high energy efficiency ratings.
We’ve built a strong reputation based on delivering buildings that are functional and contemporary. Working closely with clients and architects, we also account for cultural requirements and environmental considerations in designing our projects.
Rise Projects chooses prime locations for all projects, carefully researching sought-after locations that are close to transport, schools, shopping, medical facilities, and entertainment.

Daniel Pszczonka
Starting out as a Builder, Daniel quickly identified ‘Quality and Quantity’ deficiencies that saturated the building industry. Understanding the industry and the market so well, Daniel started his own business aimed at filling the need for quality European craftsmanship and style. Daniel draws on his foundations as a builder to identify unique opportunities for Rise Projects clients.
Daniel brings innovative thinking and creativity to Rise Projects, where his quest for high-quality, European craftsmanship and style continues to be realised in a series of completed commercial and residential projects.
Daniel’s vision has expanded to include Rise Projects, Rise Civil and Rise Products. With a primary focus on building and construction, Daniel’s in-depth knowledge of the industry also informs his consultancy.
